SpaFinder - Deal Days $50 Spa Treatments

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

It’s time to indulge in luxury. Sweet, serene, self-indulgent luxury. It’s time for SpaFinder’s Annual National $50 Spa Treatment promotion. During the week of March 8-14th, Spas listed in SpaFinder’s directory list 2 of their most popular spa treatments for only $50! Looking to try out a new treatment? Looking to try out a new neighborhood spa? This is prime opportunity to indulge at a discount. SpaFinder has a wide selection of Spas in your area. For example I entered my home Zip Code 90503 and SpaFinder returned 73 locations. Given that some of their Spa location results are too far for my taste, there is still an extensive location list to choose from. Treatments vary from European facials to Mani/Pedis to Swedish massages to Microdermabrasion. All these wonderful treatments for only $50. There’s something for every woman or man. If you’re looking for a little self-indulgence, look no further.

SpaFinder 2010

I must insist one thing, if your Masseuse did a stellar job then when you tip, be kind and tip based upon pre-promo rate.

Hurry and call your nearest Spa! Appointments are limited and it’s first come, first serve. If you miss this wonderful opportunity from SpaFinder, you’ll have to wait another year.

Groupon - big savings, limited time only

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

Heard of Groupon? If you haven’t yet, you will soon. It’s a completely viral social discount network. But I’m not talking about a measly 10-30% off retail price, I’m talking about an average of 40-60% off of retail price. They’ve got awesome deals for over 48 major metropolitan so I’m sure you’ll find a city near you. But keep in mind, these deals are easy come and easy go. These fabulous deals are typically available between 1 - 3 days only. So make your move quickly or bye-bye savings. Personally I’ve let a couple awesome deals slip through my fingers (and I’ve only been a member for less than 1 month).

A sample of fabulous deals for the Los Angeles city:
$94 for Hot-Air-Balloon Ride and Picnic With Sunrise Balloon
$45 Cooking Class at Chefs, Inc. (Up to $95 Value)
$50 for a Trio of Rejuvenating Treatments at Lux Aveda Salon/Spa ($188 Value)

Groupon

How does Groupon work? It’s all explained in this short video

Join Groupon now and be in the in-network. They’ll email you each time a new deal is on so you wont miss a beat.

Best of all, there is this awesome cat that lounges on a cloud with random daily trivia. I love it.

*****EDIT*****

The concert was AWESOME. Although I do wish that PUMA would have notified us that the Plain White T’s was to come on at 11 pm, not 8 pm as indicated as the starting time of the concert. Shame on PUMA! Truth be told, there were less people at the concert than I anticipated but that’s better for me! I was so close to the stage, I could feel the heat radiating.

Here’s a clip of Plain White T’s live performance of 1,2,3,4 at The Roxy.

Enjoy!

Register to Vote? Please don’t says Hollywood

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

Seems the stars have rallied for a just cause, convincing us to not to vote. We’ll sort of. They’ve decided to use reverse psychology as a tactic to convince the mass public to vote. And of course, it’s going to work. If Hollywood is telling us not to vote, shoot, I’m going to vote! That will show them who’s in control.

I will definitely say they’ve got a great marketing strategy. Completely viral and addictive. I wish I could see the performance report behind this project. This could not have been low budget.

Side note, I do encourage every informed American to vote. You can register here Vote Now
